Short Bio:
Reza Abtahi is pursuing his PhD as an external doctoral researcher in the Communication Systems Group at the University of Zurich. His academic background combines a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with a master's degree in Financial Engineering. Since starting the doctoral program in 2023, his work has centered on computational methods for decentralized prediction markets, with particular attention to neural networks, knowledge graphs, and semantic market analysis. His research is supervised by Prof. Dr. Burkhard Stiller and co-supervised by Prof. Dr. Thorsten Hens.
