Short Bio:
Michael Meyer became a member of the Communication Systems Group (CSG) in August 2026, where he is pursuing his doctoral studies under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Burkhard Stiller. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Bern. His Master's thesis explored Adaptive Federated Split Learning with model compression for IoT environments. Alongside his studies, he gained professional experience in IT security, particularly in security analysis.
