Short Bio:

Nasim Nezhadsistani received her B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering in 2014 and 2017, respectively. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. degree, with a strong focus on advanced communication and distributed systems. Since 2022, she has been working as a Research Assistant with the Communication Systems Group (CSG) at the University of Zurich, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Burkhard Stiller. Her research is positioned at the intersection of blockchain networks, distributed systems, and next-generation communication technologies. Her primary research interests include blockchain technologies, decentralized communication systems, network security, machine learning, and 6G networks, with a growing emphasis on Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) to enhance transparency, trustworthiness, and interpretability in intelligent networked systems.
