Named Data Networking [1-4] specifies an Information Centric Network (ICN)-like communication protocol. The main goal of this thesis is to connect small scalled NDN network zones [3] into a highly efficient ICN network for data dissemination purposes, e.g., Content Delivery Network (CDN) with caching for static data and applications, i.e., Service Centric Networking (SCN) [1].
