In a modern digital life environment it is important to measure the end-user overall satisfaction concerning a service. This information can be useful as a feedback for service providers to improve their services and increase their user's satisfaction. In this thesis the student will gain experience in state of the art QoE measurement techniques and will be able to apply them in to a real service scenario such as VoIP. Furthermore, the student will be able to create an experiment environment where he will collect and analyze end-user's behavior and preferences.
