Online Questionnaires Tool Implementation

Online questionnaires are nowadays used as an easy way to collect people's feedback and export the results without having the overhead of a paper based questionnaire. In this thesis such a tool with simple functionality should be implemented in a way that the administrator and the end-user interface can be efficiently accessed in desktops,laptops, or tablets. The system should support multiple choice questions, multiple selection questions, free text answers and jump conditions. The student will gain significant experience in web development and databases after completing this thesis.
