In this thesis a Client and a Server will be created in order to perform measurements concerning the Quality-of-Experience (QoE) of services, such as Voice over IP (VoIP), browsing, or video streaming. With the use of the stored data the Mean Opinion Score (MOS) encapsulating a set of attributes will be calculated on-demand. The results will be visualized on a geographical map. The student after completing this thesis will expand his knowledge in the QoE concept and will gain significant experience in mobile applications development for the Android platform.
