Topic: Computer Networks and Distributed Systems (CNDS) Teaching Assistant

The CSG is looking for a Teaching Assistant for the next Fall term (HS21) newly combined "Computer Networks and Distributed Systems" (CNDS) class.
Would you be interested and getting paid for this task and collecting teaching experience to be added to your CV?

Your support will be for one of our research assistants in terms of:

• Supporting in-class activities, such as answering students
• Preparation of new exercises to help students learn the content presented in class
• Preparation and discussion of a newly to be created pool of questions with the research assistants of the CSG

Information:

• Work load: Total of 200 hours spread over the term (to be arranged alongside studies)
• Work location: IFI, Binzmühlestrasse, Home (depending on the Swiss Governement COVID19-related health regulations)
• Duration: HS21 Term
• Payment: 4,000.- CHF

• Enrolled in a UZH master's or bachelor's degree program
• Sucessfully Completed the Computer Engineering and Computer Networks (CECN) class or the Systems Software and Distributed Systems (SSDS) class in the past 4 years
• Good ability to speak and write in English
